What we need from you
Access to your VSL analytics and booking data, approval of versions within a reasonable time, and no major changes to your ads, offer or price during the test period, so results can be measured fairly.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund requests under the guarantee are made by email at the end of the 60-day period and are processed to the original payment method. Outside the guarantee, cancellations before onboarding receive a full refund.
Ownership
Your footage and every VSL version we create for you belong to you. We never use your footage or likeness without your written permission.
